The 10 things I can’t stand about Windows 11 on my new PC
Last time, I was attempting to convince myself that the M1 Mac Mini made more sense than a new PC. I needed a new computer for video editing and rendering. It was $1500 for a new PC. Mac Mini refurbs were going for $550.
Okay, I’m getting a Mac then.
Then it came time to buy, and before I hit the purchase button, I kept thinking about the first-generation Mac Mini I bought 15 years ago.
It was supposed to be the future of computing. Macs were supposed to be so much better than a PC. Macs never get viruses.
It never got a virus because I used it less than a dozen times. It did nothing better than my three-year-old Windows XP computer.
I spent eight hundred bucks on a computer I never used. OSX then couldn’t compete with the software on PC and it still can’t.
I bought another PC.
